Hossine Bennara was born in Algiers and adopted into a family from Alsace, France, where he earned his CAP (Certificat d?Aptitudes Professionnelles) in Chocolatier-Confiseur and Boulanger-Pâtissier. He currently resides in Alsace, France, where he works as a professional pastry chef.Teacher Susan Lundquist currently lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota, after living and traveling in France for two years. While abroad, she met and befriended her neighbor, Hossine Bennara.
