    This book is one of a number of books that I have on the subject and by far my favourite. With simple classic Jamaican dishes and clear instructions you can't go wrong. If you are looking for lots of colourful pictures you will not get that with this book but don't let it put you off. I was so delighted with this book that I have bought it for many others and each person has been thrilled. The winners for me are the curried goat, the salt fish fritters and the kool salad. I have made them time and time again for guests and family always with resounding success. I now have the reputation for being the best coleslaw salad maker ever! (the kool salad is like a Jamaican twist on coleslaw). That can't be bad!!
